B Elise Beauty prioritizes accommodating you and other clients for all your hair care needs. Time can sometime be limited and for that reason we ask that you respectfully comply with our 48 hour cancellation policy. Deposits are applied to next scheduled appointment when you reschedule within guidelines of our 48 hour cancellation policy.
NO SHOWS - Deposit will not be refunded and B Elise has the right to refuse future service.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your B Elise Beauty purchase, we will be more than willing to either process a refund or exchange within 10 days of delivery.
- Custom hair and wig orders are non-refundable unless product is damaged upon receipt.
- Refunds and exchanges are ONLY for B Elise Beauty hair care products that have not been unwrapped, or tampered with in any way. The products must be returned within ten (10) days of the date that you received your order. Once we have received your return, your refund will be processed. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method.
How to process a refund or exchange
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org Please include all relevant information and photos if applicable.
2. Once you receive return authorization, a pre-paid return label will be sent and you can ship your return.
3. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for processing.
Merchandise returned without contacting us first will not be processed.
Please contact us before attempting a chargeback, we are more than happy to resolve any issues you may have.
Fraudulent chargebacks will result in legal action up to and including prosecution of individuals committing chargeback fraud.
